She's almost 3.5 in (8 cm) in height and her body has been needle felted in a pretty shade of light yellow wool. Her head and limbs are made from spun cotton, a tradition that began in 19th century Germany, where cotton is moulded around wire, into shapes which are then painted and decorated. She's been painted to look slightly aged, with a vintage feel, and has pretty pink cheeks. She wears an apricot pink bow made from silk sari scraps and dangles from thread, ready to hang as an ornament if you wish.
