Customers in the USA
Due to U.S. import regulation changes, all international orders under $800 are no longer exempt from customs duties (effective August 29, 2025). Therefore, all orders to the USA will now incur additional fees.
Shipping to the USA will be through Royal Mail via DDP, Delivered Duty Paid, which means these fees will be added to your shipping charge. This streamlines delivery through customs and should prevent any surprise costs on your end. Charges will be calculated and shown at checkout as "duties".

Any orders over £51/around $70 USD (no matter how much you spend) will ship for a flat fee of £18/around $24 USD (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed), so if there are a few creations you've had an eye on, it may be more affordable to purchase them together.

Shipping Costs
I use Royal Mail to ship all orders. Each listing includes the delivery method for that item and/or it will show at checkout. Shipping price will be calculated in your cart. Any possible shipping overcharges over £1 will be refunded via Paypal.

Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, but is typically between 1-4 days.

Estimated delivery times (not including Christmas; please allow for possibly longer times due to Royal Mail delays):
United Kingdom: 3-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-9 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-10 weeks
