This spun cotton angel will bring a sweet, vintage touch to your holiday decor..
She's around around 3 inches (8 cm) tall and is made from spun cotton, a tradition that began in 19th century Germany, where cotton is molded around wire, into shapes which are then painted and decorated. She's painted to look slightly aged, with a vintage feel, and has pink cheeks. She's wearing Dresden gold foil wings and a gold tinsel halo around her hair bun. Vintage trim adorns the the edge of her dress, and a mustard yellow bow (made from silk sari scraps) completes the look.
