He's 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) tall and has been made from spun cotton, a tradition that began in 19th century Germany, where cotton is molded around wire into shapes which are then painted and decorated. He wears a "BOO!" paper party hat and dangles from thread, ready for hanging.
