She's close to 6.5 inches (16 cm) tall and has been made from spun cotton, a tradition that began in 19th century Germany, where cotton is moulded around wire into shapes which are then painted and decorated. She carries a ghost trick-or-treat bag for her treats (also made from cotton) and dangles from thread, ready to hang from your Halloween tree or any other special spot to display.
