It's a little over 4 inches tall and is made from spun cotton, a tradition that began in 19th century Germany, where cotton is moulded around wire into shapes which are then painted and decorated. The girl sits on a spider, whose legs are made from strong pipe cleaners and wears a party hat with gold tinsel. She holds a spun cotton jack-o-lantern; a tiny spider (also wearing a tiny hat!) sits on top. They dangle from black thread, ready to hang on your tree.
