If there's any issues with your order, please immediately contact me . If the issue can not be resolved (I'll do my best, as I like happy customers!), you may be issued a refund after the successful return of your item.
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy will be extended during the holiday season to account for possible shipping delays, etc.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me here. If a return is accepted, the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
