I highly recommend all international orders be placed no later than Sat, 29 of Nov

UK customers - Sat, 13 of Dec (but I still recommend you purchase earlier, if possible)

Rest of World (Unfortunately, all USA orders are still currently paused) - Sat, 29 of Nov

Please only place an order if you’re okay with it possibly arriving after the big day; I don’t want to leave anyone disappointed and unfortunately the post can be unpredictable - both international and domestic.

I've made the difficult decision to pause all orders to the USA for now, until I know how the new tariffs, effective Aug 29, 2025, will be handled. Thank you for your patience!

Due to upcoming U.S. import regulation changes, all international orders under $800 will no longer be exempt from customs duties starting August 29, 2025.

This means once your order arrives in the USA, you'll be contacted by U.S Customs to pay an additional fee/fees. This is separate from your shipping fee and must be paid before you receive your order.

Any orders over £51/around $70 USD (no matter how much you spend) will ship for a flat fee of £18/around $24 USD (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed), so if there are a few creations you've had an eye on, it may be more affordable to purchase them together.

Unfortunately, due to new EU regulations I'm no longer able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Costs

I use Royal Mail to ship all orders. Each listing includes the delivery method for that item and/or it will show at checkout. Shipping price will be calculated in your cart. Any possible shipping overcharges over £1 will be refunded via Paypal.

Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, but is typically between 1-4 days.

Estimated delivery times (not including Christmas; please allow for possibly longer times due to Royal Mail delays):

Canada: 1-6 weeks

United Kingdom: 3-10 business days

United States: 1-8 weeks

Europe: 1-6 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-9 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-10 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them.
