He's around 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) tall and he's made from spun cotton, a tradition that began in 19th century Germany, where cotton is moulded around wire into shapes which are then painted and decorated. He's painted to look slightly aged, with a vintage feel, and has pink cheeks. He has a cute little nose that juts out. His limbs are made from high quality pipe cleaners and he wears a ruffled collar made from dark green ribbon. He carries a paper witch cut-out and dangles from black thread, ready for hanging.
